ABOUT THE COMPANY

East West designs and creates artisan candles from our Los Angeles based Design Studio for major retailers and private brands. We develop upscale fragrances using a custom blend of worldwide ingredients curated for a luxurious urban lifestyle. Our Master perfumer has over 30 years of experience mixing raw ingredients to create elegant home fragrances. We pride ourselves on our affordable price points and exceptional quality. East West believes luxury fragrance should be available to all.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a product development coordinator to support the design team in creating candle and home collections for major retail clients and private labels.

Sample Development

• Ordering samples & sourcing materials
• Following up with factories and tracking progress
• Receiving & reviewing samples for quality assurance
• Issue approvals, comments, and revisions
• Analyze and verify standards to/from factories/suppliers
• Update control records and tracking timelines

Organize and Maintain:

• PPS, TOP and sales samples
• Glass library & Fragrance library

Aid in coordinating production by:

• Communicating directly with factories
• Working closely with main vendor to ensure quality proper development

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
• Adobe Illustrator – Not required but a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
